Along the way, you'll collect 3 or 4 parts of a poem that unlocks the door to the boss of the area, though I never found the 4th part so I had to guess, something along the lines of "shitting down throats". Serial Killers are people who murder at least three people (or, in some extremely rarer cases, two people) over.

The Warrens are full of more large groups of Payasos but also exploding pigs that they'll light the fuses of which then run toward you and explode on the next turn. With pass in hand, head into the Bazaar Interior to watch a pig blow up some people and get a quest to investigate the Warrens from Flab.
After the smugglers you'll also fight large groups of Payasos, clown raiders, to get a free pass off a corpse they were "operating" on. In order to get into the bazaar you either need to buy a pass for $500 or move to the north of the Bazaar Exterior location to do the refugee quest, involving a large group of smugglers, look out for the one the unnamed smuggler that launches a missile that takes a turn to land but deals massive damage. I've reported this bug several times in the discord.Be prepared for a rise in difficulty to get this as instead of going to either the Hoon or Caravan events you go to the Bazaar for Reyes' quest about stopping the refugees, but you'll have to do more. The savegame loaded with the loading screen of the Eleven Mile Canyon - but then crashed. Listen to Wasteland audiobooks on Audible. Then I tried to set this location code as the current location in the save file (it's xml, so it can be edited with Notepad++, even though the save game editor does not offer to edit it right away, it will only show the current location on the first tab). This is one of the game’s early opportunities for you to practice making big. I added a line similar to those where it says "HasVisited." and gave it the value 1, as it is with the other locations I have really visited. Early on in Wasteland 3, you meet a group of refugees in Ranger HQ, led by a woman named Del Hackett. The Hoon Homestead location is called Ar_m1001_ElevenMileCanyon. Can you post the variables you changed? Also, can you post that location code? I was gonna try to add that as a value in the save game editor. I will try going back to a save where we spoke to Angela's agent. Unfortunately, deleting any of those that mentioned the Dorseys or the Hoons did not reset the Homestead. I downloaded a savegame editor and it shows all quest flags for interactions you completed.
